Project Details:

The purpose of this project was to develop five new homes for families in the local community. An area of existing green belt land provided the perfect stage for five 3-4 bedroom homes.

The project was headed up by CML Ltd, a renowned builder and management commissioner, who we are proud to have worked alongside. This was the first time CML had worked on a project of this size, and we’re glad to say Poppet Groundworks were able to pitch in and help with advice on design and purchasing site wide. Saving our client time and money, while delivering a high quality project on schedule. We take great pride in working on projects such as this that give back to the local community.

This build will provide 5 families with new, safe and beautiful homes.
