PC Build is a renowned building contractor operating in the residential, Commercial, Industrial and Educational sectors both publicly and privately. Based in Chelmsford, we have carried out building projects and schemes across Essex, London and the South East. We don’t limit our construction experience to any one sector and are uniquely set up to take on construction projects from; house extensions, new-build blocks of flats, or even a new school. For us, ‘building is building’ and with our Hybrid set of Tier 1 Management skills and actual building experience, we can tackle a wide range of construction projects.

The construction industry has seen many changes over the last 5 years, and we recognize that customers require a greater quality of care from their building contractors. With years of experience working in the construction industry, Founder and Managing Director Paul Goadby is on a mission to deliver an improved level of service across all construction sectors. For Paul, importance is placed on the delivery of the project and the influence and care given to all stakeholders in any given project. We also recognize that stakeholders may be the final occupants, surveyors, the local community and of course, the environment.

Residential

Our ‘Residential’ service covers a multitude of solutions: For those clients that are looking for home improvement, or to renovate their existing property, we offer, house and loft extensions and refurbishments, summer-houses and man-caves and landscaping. For clients that are looking for brand new properties to be built, we are able to build single houses, or small housing development schemes. Our knowledge of the ‘Housing Development’ process means we can work with individuals, local authorities and housing developers.

Education

We have amassed great expertise in the Education sector, both private and public sector. We provide new-build or refurbishment solutions to; Nurseries, Schools, Colleges, Universities or Academies across the UK. We also know that working in the education sector brings restrictions such as working around school holidays and half-term breaks and all of our operatives are CRB checked and equipped with corporate workwear for instant identification.

Hospitality

We also have specialist knowledge of the Leisure & Hospitality sector. As we all know, the leisure & hospitality sector has been heavily disrupted over the last 24 months, but as the landscape begins to open-up once again, the growth of this market is set to accelerate. Naturally, this means Hospitality Venues, Leisure Centers and Recreational Schemes are seeing more investment, and therefore more building, installations and refurbishment projects are happening.
