Project Details:

5 Bedroom bespoke house in North London. Traditional cavity construction split over 4 floors with a lower ground floor. The site is on a slope dropping from road down 5m to the back of the site over a 30m distance. A lower ground floor was built with RC retaining walls in place to support the ground around the adjacent properties.

The project architect is also the occupier of this 5-bedroom split level house. The owner wanted to create something special for himself and his family after a long career designing and constructing buildings for others. He also wanted to give back to the area and leave a building fitting of the times and local traditions.
