Project Details:

This project was designed and managed by Real 8 Group, to provide extended teaching space for Merrylands Primary School. It was the first of many schemes to utilise our Hybrid Contractor initiative, so it is certainly close to our hearts. As well as extending teaching space, this development will act as a mixed use area for the school, creating new opportunities for teachers and students. Working on a live project within school grounds comes with more restrictions than many sites, but the Poppet team are always ready to ensure that we do all we can to meet client and site requirements.
